What does Nala do?

We are an award-winning employment agency located in Singapore that specializes in executive, non-executive, and entry level recruitment for both locals and foreigners.

Does Nala provide a free trial option?

Unfortunately, we do not. However, you only need to pay for our services upon successful placement. This means that we will only be invoicing you on the day the candidate begins their employment. We can even guarantee a 30 to 90 day employment period!

Where does Nala find suitable candidates for organizations?

We use various method to source out top candidates that fit your company’s goals, culture, and requirements, among them are by partnering with universities in Singapore, recruiting within our own extensive pool of candidates, and via referrals.

 

How does Nala determine if someone is a good fit for a vacant spot in my company?

How long does I have to wait to get qualified candidates after contracting Nala’s services?

This depends on the client requirements. The more conditions attached to a candidate search, the longer it may take to meticulously source them out. While we are willing to spend the necessary time for this process, it may range from a day to 6 months.

 

What is the process of acquiring a candidate with Nala?

Once you have made contact with us, we will gather information on the job opportunity, including your criteria, before sourcing out from our pool or external sites.
